EDR Analyst - L1

Provide first-line managed security support for client endpoint environments by operating and monitoring EDR systems to keep service levels on track. Deploy and configure EDR agents, collect and analyze endpoint security events, investigate incidents, and support remediation. Use behavioral analysis and machine learning detection, integrate with supporting security tooling (e.g., SIEM and incident response), and deliver periodic reports while assisting with low-complexity project work.
