Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure client Firewall and endpoint environments remain operational by proactively identifying, investigating, and routing incidents to the correct resolver group.
  • •Deploy and configure EDR agents across endpoints, servers, and critical systems, collecting and analyzing security events and activities.
  • •Monitor endpoints for suspicious activities (e.g., malware infections, unauthorized access attempts, unusual user behavior).
  • •Generate real-time alerts, provide guidance for incident response and remediation, and support endpoint forensics to determine root causes.
  • •Integrate EDR with other security systems (e.g., SIEM and incident response tools) and correlate network anomalies; deliver periodic reports and support agent redeployment/patch rollouts as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •CEH certification is must.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in EDR with Trend Micro.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience).
  • •Entry-level experience troubleshooting and supporting security/network/data center/systems/storage monitoring services within a medium to large ICT organization.
  • •Working knowledge of ITIL processes.
