Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as Chief Engineer for Air Defense Middle East programs; own system architecture, integration strategy, fielding readiness, and sustainment outcomes across the portfolio.
  • •Define interfaces and negotiate integration scope for coalition hardware, partner radars/effectors, customer-furnished equipment, and third-party systems.
  • •Lead engineering participation in foreign commercial and foreign military sales, including releasability/export posture and in-country localization/production content.
  • •Deploy to the region to support field operations; when sites degrade, lead recovery under time pressure and update product learnings.
  • •Represent Anduril’s engineering position to partner nation ministries, program offices, primes, and authorization authorities; translate operational requirements into executable technical plans.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of systems or engineering experience with a track record of technical ownership on fielded systems.
  • •Engineering, science, or another technical degree (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •End-to-end accountability for whether a delivered system worked in an operational environment.
  • •Experience integrating third-party and customer-furnished hardware and software into a system you were accountable for.
  • •Ability to carry technical authority across teams that do not report to you and negotiate requirements/acceptance with customers (including a credible basis of estimate).
