  • •Design identity platform product capabilities on Twilio, building new products for secure human and agentic identity use cases.
  • •Set product direction with product and engineering leadership by translating customer needs into product capabilities and a delivery roadmap.
  • •Collaborate across teams to align on product direction and unblock cross-team initiatives.
  • •Drive deep product ownership through PRFAQs and product requirement docs, partnering with engineering and design to deliver outcomes and enable go-to-market teams.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of product management experience, or 2+ years product management plus 3+ years in an engineering role.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •Strong technical, analytical, and UI/UX design understanding.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
