Job Summary

Lead scheduling and material availability for production at the Andover, MA facility. Drive metric-based improvements across the value stream, manage a team of Production Control managers and professionals, and oversee MRP order releasing, kit readiness coordination, and shop-floor material movement. Partner daily with planning, production control, operations, quality, and engineering to meet customer deadlines, support program schedule execution with global supply chain, and complete EAC activities while maintaining shop-floor, MRP, and inventory performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Present and drive metric-based improvements across the value stream.
•Manage a team of Production Control managers and professionals.
•Perform material availability analysis, tracking, and reporting; release production orders in MRP and confirm in shop-floor systems.
•Coordinate kit readiness and production-floor support including BOM/material master/process engineering/document control coordination and WIP movement through shared resource areas.
•Manage program schedule coordination with global supply chain management and other functional areas; complete EACs and maintain shop-floor, MRP, and inventory systems using key performance metrics.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 5 years’ experience.
•Experience working with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems or special program access applications.
•Experience in supply chain, production and/or planning control, MRP, inventory management, or capacity planning.
•Experience managing daily team operations or equivalent leadership responsibilities.
