Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee construction and contractor deliverables for assigned projects or subsets/disciplines.
  • •Manage execution of multiple field disciplines in line with contract requirements and Wood operating policies.
  • •Ensure work is executed to quality standards and requirements specified for the project.
  • •Manage and control project cost and schedule for assigned on-site construction disciplines/subsets; monitor progress and report against plan.
  • •Manage installation, commissioning and completion activities and coordinate field personnel schedules, supply/delivery, and safety/quality/environment processes (toolbox meetings, inspections, risk control).

Key Requirements

  • •Degree with a minimum of 20 years Oil and Gas industry experience, including at least 5 years on major capital projects (> 500 M USD) with Construction Management and Site Management focus.
  • •At least 5 years on major capital projects; experience on oil and gas operating company is highly desired (may be considered in lieu).
  • •Excellent written and verbal communications skills with a strong command of English.
  • •Willing to travel extensively for multi-week periods and flexible to adjust work location to support project needs.
  • •Qualified to obtain a CICPA and a UAE work visa.
