HRBP

Partner with managers and management teams to diagnose business challenges and deliver HR interventions that improve organizational and team performance. Lead talent and organizational assessments to build workforce strategies, support succession planning, and develop leadership capabilities. Drive change management and employee engagement initiatives, coordinate HR initiatives with Centers of Excellence and HR Operations, and use Workday and Workforce Dashboard data to inform business decisions. Work within the HR organization for the PDC business unit in semiconductor manufacturing.
