Lead the Platform Excellence program by translating complex regulatory, payments, platform, and operating priorities into a 12–18 month roadmap with accountable workstreams, dependencies, milestones, and executive reporting. Build enterprise governance, audit-ready decision and risk documentation, and operating cadences across Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Trust & Safety, and Payments. Drive decisions and execution through influence while improving scalable dashboards and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the Platform Excellence program and translate cross-functional priorities into a 12–18 month roadmap with workstreams, dependencies, owners, milestones, and progress measures.
•Drive critical enterprise decisions by sequencing and framing complex issues, risks, tradeoffs, and execution implications for executives.
•Establish governance and accountability through forums, trackers, working sessions, escalation paths, and operating cadences across functions.
•Create audit-ready documentation including a decision log, risk/issue register, current roadmap, and supporting program documentation.
•Provide executive-level reporting and drive execution across functions by surfacing risks early and ensuring commitments translate into action.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 185,000 - 278,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years leading enterprise programs, strategic initiatives, business operations, enterprise transformation, strategy consulting, compliance/regulatory program management, or related work.
•Experience operating at the Senior Manager level or as a senior individual contributor with meaningful enterprise-wide scope.
•Hands-on experience leading high-stakes, cross-functional programs in fintech, payments, or e-commerce checkout environments.
•Owned multi-quarter roadmaps and executive/board materials, including risk and issue management and operating cadences across functions.
•Experience supporting regulatory remediation, compliance-related transformation, and audit-ready documentation.
