Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct day-to-day facility responsibilities for the Final Assembly Line (FAL) and ensure operational readiness of site buildings while maintaining cleanliness and readiness.
  • •Manage critical site infrastructure (medical systems, elevators, plant utilities) and provide leadership for security services and fire protection.
  • •Oversee integrated industrial maintenance and contracts management, including specialized support services such as battery charging and fleet management.
  • •Lead and optimize operations across core support shops (composite repair, metal machining, aircraft painting) and maintain tool management and calibration protocols.
  • •Own facilities budget (Capex and Opex), manage external vendors/contractors and SLAs, ensure compliance and sustainability standards, and coordinate airport/utilities and civic government relationships.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •15 years of experience in operations, site leadership, facilities management, or site services management within a heavy manufacturing, automotive, or aerospace environment (highly preferred).
  • •Manage facility and site infrastructure, including building systems and emergency services such as security services and fire protection.
  • •Lead project management for major infrastructure and engineering projects from concept design through execution.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop a diverse workforce and manage performance using KPI monitoring and process optimization.
