Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and evolve mobile app tracking architecture powering behavioral tracking and experimentation across brands.
  • •Integrate and evolve tracking and experimentation SDKs (Snowplow, Statsig or equivalent) across Android and React Native for consistent event capture.
  • •Solve mobile telemetry challenges including lifecycle events, background sync, offline event buffering, and native bridges.
  • •Embed AI-driven workflows into platform tooling to improve automation and data quality.
  • •Drive engineering excellence via automated testing, error handling, high-quality releases, and ongoing production monitoring.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of mobile engineering experience with strong native depth, ideally Android (Kotlin).
  • •Hands-on experience using AI tooling (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) and leveraging AI agents daily.

  • •Strong engineering excellence: resilient infrastructure design, high-quality codebases, and proactive system stability.
