Job Summary

Provide a customer-first shopping experience by suggesting looks aligned to the latest trends and current promotions, promoting the Levi’s omni experience through the Red Tab Loyalty program, and resolving consumer concerns according to company policy. Support store operations with cash handling and merchandise processes including shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment while following Levi’s store procedures. •Suggest looks that incorporate the latest trends and current promotions based on consumers’ needs following Levi’s service approach.
•Promote the Levi’s omni experience by engaging consumers with the Red Tab Loyalty program.
•Resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy and prioritize consumer satisfaction, partnering with store management on elevated issues.
•Handle cash and merchandise operations including shipment processing, floor set, markdown, and replenishment while maintaining standards.
•Comply with all Levi’s Stores policy, procedures, and programs and follow directives of store management.
