Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead cost management services and provide leadership and direction to a cost management team to deliver accountabilities.
  • •Interface with clients, stakeholders, and other consultants throughout all project stages, maintaining excellent communication and coordination.
  • •Perform quantity surveying, cost controls, and change management activities across the project lifecycle.
  • •Be the first point of contact for reporting overall commercial status and drive Turner & Townsend best practice across projects/programs.
  • •Manage financial management using internal software for margin tracking, fee/resource forecasts, risk mitigation planning, KPIs, controls, and internal audits (including SOX control responsibilities where applicable).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of relevant experience working in a cost management role in the construction industry.
  • •Experience working in cost management with strong cost control, quantity surveying, and change management across the project lifecycle.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field; graduate degree preferred.
  • •SME in Quantity Surveying and RICS certified or equivalent accreditation.
  • •Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
