Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Data Center Construction

Serve as the day-to-day client interface delivering value-added cost management for large-scale hyperscale data center or mission-critical construction programs across the U.S. Own cost planning, estimates, change order evaluation, valuations, and cost reporting through design and delivery milestones. Collaborate with design services, general contractors, and owners to reconcile cost data, support value engineering sessions, and negotiate pricing, while mentoring team talent.
