Key Responsibilities

•Build and ship the testing and simulation engine that simulates thousands of realistic voice/chat/phone conversations with controllable scenarios.
•Create LLM-powered evaluators, metrics, and self-improvement loops to detect failures humans miss at scale.
•Perform applied audio and speech research by separating background noise from speech and extracting structured paralinguistic signals.
•Own real-time voice infrastructure using SIP, WebRTC, WebSockets, and STT/TTS pipelines and partners like Twilio and LiveKit.
•Ship end-to-end features across backend, infra, evals, and the customer-facing product surface.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 40,000 - 60,000 annually
