Job Summary

Lead the shift of non-industrial health and safety performance by delivering the H&S roadmap through 2030 and advancing the Vision 0 ambition. Partner with HR to align physical safety and mental health across offices, sales teams, and brand homes, benchmark leading practices, and improve performance using KPIs, operating requirements, and data-driven transparency. Engage and coach leaders and the H&S network to embed a behavior-based, people-first culture across the group.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver the Health & Safety roadmap by 2030 and expand the Vision 0 ambition.
•Partner with HR to embed a holistic H&S approach across non-industrial sites, covering physical safety and mental health.
•Strengthen H&S principles and processes for non-industrial work, including KPIs and Operating Requirements for offices, sales, and other functions.
•Harness data and technology to provide transparency, insights, and acceleration in performance.
•Engage, coach, and inspire leaders and teams to build a behavior-based culture of care and shared accountability, and develop skills through training and best-practice sharing.
