Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the architectural roadmap and set engineering strategy for Kalepa’s Core Product platform.
  • •Drive engineering operational excellence, metrics‑driven decision making, and robust engineering practices across the team.
  • •Establish frameworks, standards, and cross‑functional cadences to power the platform and ensure delivery of high‑quality, scalable software.
  • •Bridge product vision and technical execution, coordinating with executives and cross‑functional leaders to align on business impact and growth goals.
  • •Lead and grow the Core Product team, including managing managers, recruiting top talent, and shaping organizational culture.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years of full-time engineering people management experience, ideally including experience managing managers and scaling organizations.

  • •Deep architectural expertise and a strong foundation in system design, distributed systems, and scalable infrastructure.
