Job Summary

Serve as a Private Client Banker who builds trusted, long-term relationships with individuals and small businesses, assessing financial wellness needs and delivering plan-based advice. Meet client activity and sales goals, prospect and grow referral pipelines through internal/external centers of influence, and open personal and business accounts. Support branch operations and ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including required documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide customized financial wellness recommendations and deliver solutions by referring investment and insurance products.
•Build and document a client referral pipeline through disciplined prospecting and internal/external centers of influence.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products/services and competitive offerings to drive meaningful client conversations.
•Open and support personal and business accounts and related financial products (e.g., checking, deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, certificates of deposit).
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including documentation of client interactions; support teller-line transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
•Experience developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products.
•Foundational sales and service knowledge with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly and fact-finding questions to be helpful.
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing).
