Head Waitress (QA)

Oversee front-of-house operations to deliver an excellent guest dining experience. Manage waitstaff performance, assign duties, train new team members, and build schedules for coverage during busy hours and events. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, reservations, and seating arrangements, while coordinating with kitchen and bar staff for timely service. Ensure dining areas are clean, support upselling and promotions, and complete cash-handling and administrative tasks.
