Job Summary

Drive BIOS (AMD x86) and Windows OS driver/firmware (BIOS/EC) development, combining domain expertise with end-to-end engineering across design, coding, testing, triage, and integration. Key Responsibilities

•Provide domain-specific expertise to drive driver/OS/firmware (BIOS/EC) engineering development and implementation.
•Lead multiple project teams of software/firmware engineers and development partners across solution design, analysis, coding, testing, triage, and integration.
•Manage and expand relationships with internal and external development partners, adjusting schedules and resources based on analysis to meet product requirements.
•Communicate development progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders; collaborate with management and manufacturing partners to implement changes.
•Drive innovation by integrating new technologies into projects and quality activities within the software/firmware development process.

Key Requirements

•Typically 8+ years of experience in NB/PC related software/firmware development.
•Extensive experience with software/firmware design tools and languages including C, C++, Python, Assembly, and WinDbg.
•Experience with BIOS development on AMD x86 platforms and Windows OS driver development.
•Ability to design, write, and execute test plans and perform debugging using scripts and tools.
•Experience with CI/CD and Agile (or equivalent modern development methods).
