Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure the store consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through planning and expense control.
  • •Guarantee high standards of customer experience in line with PUMA Cornerstones and service standards.
  • •Recruit, train, develop, and support succession planning for high-performing associates, including ensuring training programs are implemented within the store.
  • •Manage payroll control and service-driven scheduling to maintain a highly profitable location while providing top service.
  • •Oversee loss prevention compliance and education, inventory/shrink goals (including physical inventory counts), and execute merchandise processing, visual directives, and marketing events within budget and policy.

Key Requirements

  • •2 to 4 years of management experience in a customer service-oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear) with a results-driven track record.
  • •Proven ability to exceed sales while meeting payroll goals, with experience hiring, training, developing, and retaining top retail talent.
  • •Ability to reason through complex issues and effectively communicate, including presenting information to large groups.
  • •Strong interpersonal, communication, motivational, and organizational/time management skills.
  • •Practical experience in project management, including implementing communications methods and event management.
