Job Summary

Own the end-to-end order handling process by receiving and reviewing customer orders, managing revisions, and releasing the latest lead-time updates. Maintain accurate data in the Endeavour ERP and OPBI systems, prepare packing lists and invoices, and complete delivery handling. Support line KPIs, implement ALPS, manage the master plan, and apply Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost priorities while controlling costs and escalating risks.

Key Responsibilities

•Receive and review customer orders, acknowledge customers, and handle order revisions and related inquiries.
•Release customers with the latest factory lead time when it changes.
•Prepare packing lists and invoices, notify customers for delivery, and complete delivery handling in relevant ERP systems.
•Maintain accurate data in Endeavour ERP and OPBI, and manage/update the Master Plan timely.
•Support line manager by implementing ALPS, applying Safety/Quality/Delivery/Cost priorities, controlling cost, and escalating risks.

Key Requirements

•3 years working experience in a relevant area within a manufacturing company.
•Good English (written and oral) for communicating with customers.
•Ability to support line manager activities to achieve department KPI performance.
•Experience working with ERP and order/inventory documentation processes (packing lists, invoices).
•Cooperative and responsible working style, including timely follow-up on order changes and inquiries.
