Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end management of regulatory examinations and thematic reviews, coordinating internal stakeholders and providing status updates to the Head of Regulatory Affairs – UAE.
  • •Coordinate and manage on-site inspections, serving as the primary point of contact for regulators and ensuring documentation of findings with tracked follow-ups.
  • •Manage and respond to RFIs in a timely and accurate manner, maintaining proper logging and documentation, and acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC).
  • •Manage the receipt, tracking, and dissemination of regulatory circulars and notices, maintaining a central repository for audit and regulatory review access.
  • •Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and simplify regulatory processes and reporting, while maintaining comprehensive records and supporting monthly reporting inputs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business, or a related field.
  • •6+ years of experience in regulatory compliance or relevant fields, preferably within a financial institution.
  • •Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements within the banking sector.
  • •Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
