Key Responsibilities

  • •Own technical delivery of Salesforce projects from solution design through development, deployment, and go-live.
  • •Lead technical discovery and design sessions, translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and client-ready technical documentation.
  • •Provide technical roadmap, architecture, and platform guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
  • •Lead and mentor a team of 2–5 developers, delegating work and ensuring development quality and coding standards.
  • •Drive Agile/Scrum delivery, manage technical plans/risks/dependencies/timelines, and maintain documentation, knowledge transfer, and development best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of consulting/technology experience with 7+ years of Salesforce experience.
  • •Experience serving as a Technical Lead/Technical Architect on enterprise Salesforce implementations.
  • •Hands-on Salesforce development experience using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning/LWC, integrations, web services, and data migration.
  • •Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, platform limitations, governor limits, APIs, security, and integration patterns.
  • •Experience leading technical design sessions, defining deliverables, producing technical documentation, and engaging in pre-sales discussions as a Salesforce SME.
