Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide executive oversight of the U.S. Army EAGLE portfolio, setting priorities, expectations, management controls, and accountability mechanisms.
  • •Direct Program Managers and functional leaders to ensure contract execution aligned with PWS/SOW requirements, FAR/DFARS, Army policies, and company procedures.
  • •Maintain accountability for portfolio financial performance (revenue, gross margin, labor utilization, indirect costs, ETC/EAC, cash flow, DSO) and drive corrective actions.
  • •Lead a geographically dispersed workforce, developing Program Managers and functional leaders while establishing a culture of accountability, safety, professionalism, and customer service.
  • •Apply continuous improvement methods (including Lean Six Sigma) to strengthen controls and establish KPIs/dashboards for actionable portfolio visibility.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Engineering, Management, or related field.
  • •10+ years of progressively responsible experience in federal contracting with significant operations, program management, logistics, facilities, maintenance, supply chain, depot, or installation support experience.
  • •5+ years of senior leadership experience managing multiple programs, contracts, or geographically dispersed operations.
  • •Demonstrated experience supporting U.S. Army or other Department of Defense customers and managing large, complex U.S. Government contracts or portfolios.
  • •Demonstrated understanding of federal contracting (FAR/DFARS, modifications, funding, labor requirements, subcontract management) and financial management (revenue, margin, forecasting, ETC/EAC, labor utilization, cost control).
