Timberland: Supervisor - Willowbrook Mall

Lead day-to-day store operations at Timberland, supporting the store leadership team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, coaching and developing associates, and maintaining merchandising and store standards. Monitor sales goals and store KPIs, help maximize profitability alongside the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, and ensure inventory integrity through receiving, shipment processing, and loss prevention. Also participate in local community initiatives and uphold safety, policies, and operational procedures.
