Job Summary

Help customers realize value from Adobe Document Cloud and Creative solutions through a consultative pre-sales journey. Run discovery, deliver tailored demos and proof-of-concepts across Creative Cloud, Acrobat Studio, and Adobe Firefly, and support workshops and executive briefings. Translate creative and technical capabilities into business outcomes, provide guidance on document automation and solution design, and partner with Sales and Channel teams to drive deal cycles and RFP responses.

Key Responsibilities

•Run discovery sessions to understand customer goals, workflows, and challenges.
•Deliver tailored demos and proof-of-concepts across Creative Cloud, Acrobat Studio, and Adobe Firefly connected to business outcomes.
•Facilitate customer workshops and executive briefings.
•Provide technical guidance on creative workflows, document automation, and solution design.
•Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Channel Partners to support deal cycles and respond to RFPs.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Background in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or solutions engineering within a tech organisation.
•Strong communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders across creative, business, and IT functions.
•Hands-on knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, or a comparable platform.
•Ability to translate product features into clear business outcomes for diverse audiences.
•Familiarity with digital workflows, document automation, or creative content production, including understanding APIs, integrations, and SaaS or cloud platforms.
