Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain daily inventory appearance and security while keeping vehicle zones and parking areas organized for smooth operations.
  • •Document and track incoming and outgoing inventory through shipping and receiving processes to support accurate vehicle records.
  • •Receive, prepare, and process vehicles (pair locators, capture photos, secure keys) to ensure readiness for sale or auction.
  • •Support auction operations by assisting with preparation, coordination, and execution activities.
  • •Perform daily inventory scanning and reconciliation and follow CarMax EH&S requirements while keeping the work area clean and orderly.
