Relationship Banker / SrRB - South Orlando

Provide an industry-leading client service experience in-person and by phone while developing and expanding relationships with consumer and small business clients. Use consultative conversations to recommend financial solutions, support the team sales process, and help meet branch and individual sales targets. Advise on consumer lending options, take loan applications, and stay compliant with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies. Cross-trained to perform teller duties as needed.
