Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and coordinate contract inspectors for routine work, outages, turnarounds, and program efforts.
  • •Assign unit responsibilities, manage and coach staff performance, and provide developmental opportunities.
  • •Oversee preparation and quality of mechanical integrity inspections, including inspection plans and run/repair/replace recommendations.
  • •Ensure inspectors use company analysis tools effectively, track recommendations to closure, and keep inspection data current and complete by due dates.
  • •Oversee site mechanical integrity programs (including CUI/CUF/Paint), manage budgets/forecasting, and ensure inspection standards alignment (including ASME codes and GAIS).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,440 - 188,160 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of Fixed Equipment Engineering experience in refining, petrochemical, or chemical process, or 10 years as a Unit Inspector.
  • •Ability to communicate complex issues effectively, mentor others, and build consensus.
  • •Understanding of business drivers, management of change, reliability processes, and maintenance/inspection workflow.
  • •Commitment to safety, personal integrity, and ethical conduct.
  • •BS degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) and/or certification in API 510 and/or API 570 is preferred.
