Key Responsibilities

  • •Contractual Compliance & Cost Governance: Validate supplier charges against contracts and internal procedures; challenge unjustified cost claims and maintain auditable records.
  • •Supplier Performance Monitoring & Enforcement: Maintain datasets to monitor contractual KPIs and support enforcement of penalties and liquidated damages.
  • •Mishandling & Liability Assessment: Investigate claims with CAMO and MRO stakeholders to determine entitlement and root cause; ensure proper recording for audit traces.
  • •Financial Oversight & Budget Control: Track quarterly budget, forecast spend, and escalate deviations and risks to management.
  • •Data Governance, Reporting & Audit Support: Develop reports supporting cost validation and contract enforcement; assist audits with evidence aligned to CAMO standards.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5+ years of relevant experience in aviation, preferably within: Technical operations; MRO or supplier management; Contract management or cost control.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • •Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • •Advanced Excel and data handling skills; experience in reporting and dashboarding tools is an advantage.
  • •Familiarity with EASA regulatory framework, including Part CAMO, M, and 145.
