Job Summary

Serve as the primary service and maintenance contact for Trane Technologies customers in a defined commercial market. Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems, coordinating with team leaders and customers on on-site installations and repairs. Diagnose and fix units using software/technology, hand tools, and blueprints or engineering specifications, while enforcing high safety standards and maintaining accountability of company assets.

•Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand on-site installation and repair requirements, forecasting issues and synchronizing work.
•Serve as the direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment and systems at customer locations.
•Use cutting-edge software/technology and hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
•Maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
•Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability by recording use, wear, and conditions of company-issued and procured assets.

•Technical school or formal training preferred.
