Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver technically complex solutions and perform system integration activities across project work.
  • •Consult with business product owners on end goals and provide solution recommendations during design for Capital Markets platform applications.
  • •Lead and participate in development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of highly complex solutions in line with company standards.
  • •Manage unit testing for sprint user stories and automate unit testing using DevSecOps practices and tools in the software development pipeline.
  • •Provide escalated production support and lead moderately complex projects while contributing as part of a platform team across the Product Development lifecycle.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field plus 7 years of progressive Software Engineering or IT Consulting experience with Capital Markets platforms/domain.
  • •At least 4 years of experience working within the Investment Banking industry and Capital Markets initiatives with a focus on IT delivery.
  • •Experience working in an Agile delivery methodology environment with Capital Markets domain expertise across the sales and trading lifecycle and regulatory requirements.
  • •Experience leading efforts leveraging DevSecOps and an automated SDLC (Dev, Build, Test, Release).
  • •Hands-on experience with public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google, Oracle) and relevant integration/engineering tools (e.g., Calypso; MuleSoft/TIBCO; WebServices; SQL Server/Oracle/Snowflake/PostgreSQL/Hadoop; R/Python, and BI tools such as Tableau/Qlikview).
