Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Design Director to contribute to the MW ASOS Design product and design vision.
  • •Lead range creation with Heads of category and teams across Buying, Merchandising, and Technical to build a gap-free, non-duplicative assortment.
  • •Oversee range development end-to-end, ensuring brand alignment, season logic, and commercial readiness including big deals, shapes, and key trends.
  • •Operate as a senior manager within the Commercial division, partnering with ASOS Design Leads/Heads of category and the wider retail team to deliver profitable departments.
  • •Manage the MW ASOS Design team: embed lean, agile processes, provide direction and development, and guide styling/visual merchandising guidelines with Studios.
