Partner Growth Manager - Remote in Canada

Build and execute a partner growth strategy for rePete by identifying, prospecting, recruiting, and onboarding high-value Shopify agency partners. Create and manage an agency partner pipeline through outreach, networking, referrals, and events, and develop joint go-to-market initiatives that drive merchant adoption and partner-sourced revenue. Partner cross-functionally across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to support agency success and continuously improve performance as the program scales.
