Key Responsibilities

  • •Recruit, build, and develop successful enterprise sales professionals into high-performing revenue drivers.
  • •Drive enterprise acquisition by selling Snowflake’s product and selling business value using a repeatable process.
  • •Plan and develop territories strategically and consistently execute forecasts to senior management.
  • •Coach reps on deal control and creating urgency, including navigating commercial and legal negotiations.
  • •Build cross-functional relationships and coordinate with sales engineering to inventory software state, define migration plans, and build business cases for migrations.

  • •BA/BS required.
  • •10+ years selling Cloud Solutions, Infrastructure Software, Databases, Analytic Tools, or Applications Software.
  • •2+ years managing a team of sales teams.
  • •2+ years guiding Account Executives through complex legal and commercial negotiations.
  • •Experience outperforming targets in an outbound role and coaching AEs through procurement/legal negotiations.
