Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a front-line ambassador for Coach. Build lasting client relationships, drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and meet individual and store KPIs. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and transaction handling.

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice while meeting personal and store sales goals.
•Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations; source and follow up with new and existing customers to close sales.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, transaction handling, and shipment/stockroom support.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Ability to work at a fast pace and perform physical requirements including lifting 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally) and maneuvering the sales floor/stockroom.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos and clienteling/data acquisition skills (preferred).
