Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical and solution support to sales and marketing for customer requirements.
  • •Prepare and present proposals, cost sheets, product specifications (Thai and English), and competitor comparisons.
  • •Coordinate with PMs and partners to deliver projects, including system configuration, startup, and site acceptance test (SAT).
  • •Support documentation and handover deliverables such as shop-drawings/as-built drawings, operation manuals, and training materials.
  • •Support after-sale service by investigating and resolving product or installation issues as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
  • •1–3 years of experience as a Field Application Engineer (FAE) or in a related UPS product field (preferred).
  • •Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and web-based tools.
  • •Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and time-management skills; able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
