Insomniac - Recruiting Coordinator

Coordinate high-volume, multi-panel interview scheduling and logistics for a fast-growing recruiting team, acting as the primary point of contact for candidates. Manage calendar coordination, communications, and interview materials while updating job postings and requisition data in Workday and Gem. Support end-to-end event logistics and recruiting operations, including reporting, candidate pipelines, invoicing/admin coordination, and maintaining a white-glove candidate experience at scale.
