Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
  • •Recommend appropriate retail consumer and small business products/services using the company value proposition.
  • •Use approved marketing tools (including CAMP) to reach out to customers, set appointments, and conduct periodic financial reviews.
  • •Cross-sell to existing customers and support outside sales activities and community financial literacy events.
  • •Process teller transactions and participate in consumer loan and bankcard processes, supporting sourcing through closing while following retail policies and fraud/risk procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • •Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
  • •Must demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
  • •This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) at the time of employment.
