Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop cost-effective sensing technologies for defined problems.
  • •Design, build, test, and analyze sensing systems.
  • •Develop and tune sensing algorithms as part of product feature development.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate full sensing systems and meet product/system requirements.
  • •Take designs from proof of concept through development into production, including supplier and third-party liaison.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Electronics Engineering, Physics).
  • •At least 2-3 years of experience designing, implementing, testing, analyzing, and characterizing off-the-shelf sensors (e.g., IMU, magnetic, pressure, hall-effect, photo optic, thermal).
  • •Experience with camera and ISP tuning (advantageous).
  • •Experience developing sensing algorithms using quantitative and statistical analysis with Matlab or Python.
  • •Experience with analogue signal conditioning and digital processing design techniques, plus hardware lab equipment and end-of-line calibration equipment/testers.
