Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare for, conduct, and assess learning programmes according to defined learning and COE processes.
  • •Deliver training using interactive techniques (role plays, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, and presentations).
  • •Facilitate English language proficiency assessments and ensure required communication standards are met.
  • •Maintain classroom readiness and manage attendance, assessment, and evaluation records in TR360.
  • •Support Learning Needs Analysis as an SME and report course material/resource assessment findings for improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate with 1–2 years of experience in an L&D or training department.
  • •Transguard EPT level 4 to 5.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • •Ability to maintain integrity, confidentiality, and compliance of assessment and testing processes.
  • •Capability to facilitate training sessions that meet course aims and objectives.
