Job Summary

The Sales Associate drives store sales by delivering the ALO experience and brand mission through product knowledge, guest engagement, and teamwork. You’ll educate customers on fabric, design, and care, support flow and merchandising, and partner with store leadership to achieve action plans and goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

•Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives, while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
•Ensure engagement with customers and provide a friendly and easy to shop environment.
•Continue to build the client relationship daily with our customers.
•Assists in processing shipment and ensuring product flow including visual merchandising and daily replenishment.
•Knowledge of store goals, company communication, initiatives, and new product launches; educate guests on guest-facing initiatives on the floor.
