Job Summary

Lead and oversee branch operations to deliver operational excellence through strong, inclusive leadership. Ensure Workplace Health, Safety & Environment (WHSE) standards are met, coordinate courier training, and drive continuous improvement and process effectiveness. Communicate with managers, franchisees, and staff, liaise with Customer Support and Operations on recoveries, and complete timely reporting. Support cross-functional projects and contribute to senior management discussions while developing talent.

•Ensure WHSE policies and procedures are followed and promote a safe working environment through continuous improvement.
•Train couriers using provided guidelines and coordinate team resources to keep training effective and relevant.
•Effectively communicate with managers, franchisees, and staff; liaise with Customer Support and Operations on recoveries from service failures.
•Analyze and complete on-time reporting and participate in projects and cross-functional activities as needs arise.

•Minimum of 5 years in a senior operational leadership role.
•Well-developed influencing, leadership, and employee development skills.
•Competent computer skills, including MS Office.
•Experience in dealing with Unions.
