Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and drive the roadmap for scaling the connector ecosystem, including MCP servers, third-party APIs, and app integrations.
  • •Prioritize integrations based on user demand, business impact, and engineering effort; define evaluation, onboarding, monitoring, and maintenance frameworks.
  • •Write clear product specifications and acceptance criteria for new connectors, partnering with AI engineers to ensure technical design alignment.
  • •Translate AI capabilities (LLM features, agentic workflows, tool use) into buildable product requirements and make pragmatic build-versus-buy decisions.
  • •Define success metrics (adoption, reliability, latency, cost, retention, engagement), run experiments/A-B tests, and maintain dashboards using Mixpanel and observability tools such as Langfuse.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years in product management with a track record on technical, platform, API, or integration products.
  • •Demonstrated end-to-end ownership from hypothesis through production and iteration.
  • •Technical fluency to read API documentation, understand data schemas and JSON, and partner with engineers without extensive translation.
  • •Practical understanding of LLM-based products, including prompts, structured outputs, agents/tool use, and limitations.
  • •Hands-on familiarity with MCP or connectors/integration products and daily use of AI tools like Claude for real work.
