Serve as the direct liaison with semiconductor and display equipment customers by installing, maintaining, and upgrading systems. Use digital analytics, documentation, and test equipment to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues. Perform preventative and corrective maintenance across electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems, coordinate escalation with engineers, and ensure complete customer satisfaction while following checklists, procedures, and safety standards.
