Early Collections Representative

Handle inbound and outbound calls for past-due auto finance accounts, guiding customers toward making payments while keeping the account current. Educate customers on their accounts, finance charge accruals, late fees, credit reporting, and payment/account management options, documenting interactions in internal systems. Review account details to advise customers of their status, resolve or escalate concerns with other teams, and meet department metrics and policies/laws. This is a hybrid role after 90 days.
