Key Responsibilities

•Lead the technical execution of dam safety projects including structural stability and strength analyses, design, PFMA, risk assessments, site inspection and regulatory compliance for hydraulic concrete structures.
•Manage client relationships and project delivery including contracting, planning, budgeting, scheduling, staffing, quality control and change management.
•Direct and supervise multi-disciplinary project teams and coordinate with subcontractors to meet project milestones and deliverables.
•Develop and pursue business opportunities with new and existing clients, including proposal preparation and technical approaches.
•Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff and foster a culture of quality and safety across projects.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 150,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with emphasis in Structural Engineering + 8 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
•Licensed as a Professional Engineer in at least one state with the ability to successfully apply for reciprocity in additional states
•Minimum of 5 years of direct experience managing projects or completing project management activities such as maintain project budgets, schedule, staffing, quality control, and/or client relations
•Minimum 2 years of experience developing proposals including preparing technical approaches and scopes of work, budgeting, and scheduling
•Occasional travel to project sites, client meetings, and/or professional conferences is required
