Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as Accounting lead for the procure-to-pay workflow, partnering with Procurement, FP&A, and business leaders to align purchasing with accounting execution.
  • •Drive PO 2-way/3-way matching and invoice intake workflows, including vendor onboarding frameworks and operational controls.
  • •Oversee global disbursement cycles and payment operations in collaboration with Treasury to optimize working capital and liquidity.
  • •Lead international AP modernization/centralization, ensuring statutory and tax compliance and high vendor stakeholder experience for cross-border operations.
  • •Own AP process excellence and automation roadmap, establish AP KPIs, support month-end close and GL alignment, and maintain SOX-ready internal controls with audit readiness while building and scaling the global AP team.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in Accounts Payable / P2P Accounting Operations, including 3+ years in a team leadership role.
  • •Strong technical background in PO matching, invoice processing, and GL accrual reconciliations.
  • •Proven experience with NetSuite and modern procurement/intake tools such as Zip and Coupa.
  • •Excellent cross-functional communication and ability to partner with Procurement and business stakeholders.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
