Serve as a trusted technical advisor to prospects and customers across North America, partnering with Account Executives to drive pre-sales technical evaluations. Lead product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concepts for CloudBees’ DevOps platform. Translate customer DevOps challenges into scalable solutions, support RFPs and security questionnaires, and stay current on DevOps trends while feeding customer insights back into the product roadmap.

•Partner with Sales to drive the technical evaluation and pre-sales process.
•Lead product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concepts.
•Understand customer DevOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure.
•Translate technical requirements into CloudBees solutions that meet business needs.
•Support RFPs, security questionnaires, and architecture discussions.

Key Requirements

•Ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
•Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
