AV & Events Engineer

Manage Asana’s audio-visual and event technology across worldwide offices, with a focus on keeping 100+ Zoom Rooms operational across Europe and APAC. Perform daily checks of conference rooms, troubleshoot AV and network issues, and support internal/external events from small meetings to 300+ attendee events. Maintain runbooks and technical documentation, operate A/V hardware, edit event videos, train end users, and serve as an escalation point for video conferencing IT support tickets in EMEA.
