Software Engineer, Feedback & Learning Systems — Meta Factory

Build and own Meta Factory’s agent learning and feedback systems within Adobe Unified Platform. You’ll design feedback pipelines that capture agent outcomes, identify quality signals, and drive system improvements release over release using AI-first techniques like RLHF, preference learning, and reward modeling. Partner with engineers across evaluation infrastructure, skills layers, and the execution loop while writing clear docs, reviewing code, and mentoring teams building agentic AI systems.
